Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our items, returns are not accepted.

If there is a mistake with printing after your design has been approved for printing by you, items will be replaced as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
